GR - AN OVERVIEW

The BclI GR polymorphism comprises a C to G nucleotide substitution at 646 bp downstream of exon 2 in intron B in the human GR gene that creates a reducing web page with the BclI restriction enzyme. G-allele of the polymorphism improves tissue sensitivity to glucocorticoids as revealed by bigger suppression of serum cortisol levels just after d
